This Question is often asked in interviews!

Interview is not an exam so the style of its preparation should also be different as there is no set pattern of interview. It is the time, number of candidates, standards of the candidates and many more factors that decide the interview pattern.

Your physical and social behavior is tested in the interview, so its preparation should also be done keeping these aspects in mind and along with this, the candidate should have an idea at the beginning of the interview. How does he have to prove himself. In the interview, questions are asked from your subject or job profile, but there are some questions that are more likely to be asked. As if

1. Why do you want to join this organization?

To answer this kind of question, you have to do research about that organization, like – What are the achievements of ‘Organization’? All you need to know about this. Tell the interview board how much you are capable of maintaining or growing that organization.

2. If given a chance, what would you like to do in the next few years or do you want to bring about any change in the working of the ‘Organization’?

This question is asked to test your methodology, vision and management ability. You are expected to state what your goal is to increase the profits of the ‘Organization’. Answers to such questions should be given very ‘realistically’.

3. Would you like to work with people or alone?

Often such questions are asked to test your ability to work in a group and to work under someone’s leadership. Before answering, keep in mind that the ‘Job Profile’ you have come for requires ‘Teamwork’ or not.

4. What are your achievements?

Such questions should also be answered in a very balanced way because there is a possibility of becoming a supplementary question. For example, what will be the benefit of our organization from this achievement of yours? The most ‘diplomatic’ answer to this question is that you can say, “Sir, I am sitting in front of you, what can be a greater achievement than this.”

You can make your answer more positive by saying that I have experience working in adverse conditions.

5. What is your favorite subject?

Through the answers of such questions, the members of the interview board try to know which field you will be fit for and also keep in mind that the field which is of your interest is discussed by the board members. Must do.

6. What is your hobby?

Often people tell their hobbies to play cricket, listen to songs, sing songs etc. But if your hobby is such that it is similar to your profession, then you are more knowledgeable in that regard than others. Keep this in mind when mentioning in a resume.

7. What is the most difficult situation you have come across?

Actually such questions are done to test your leadership ability. Which is assessed by your answer to your ability to work in adversity.
