So before sleeping, note down all the goals you want to achieve in a notepad and keep it in front of you. Every morning when you wake up, glancing at the notepad reminds you of your goals. Also, make realistic goals that are achievable. Not setting goals in life is like starting a business without capital investment.

2. Stay focused

Another problem with most people is that they are easily influenced by other people. Often people try to distract you from your goal by creating bad feelings in your mind which are useless and nonsense. As the popular saying goes, “Don’t be angry, be calm.” So, take those bad feelings as a challenge and try to reduce them.

Whenever you feel that someone is trying to pull you down, work doubly hard and prove them wrong.

3. Do not procrastinate

Once you set goals for yourself, don’t make excuses to delay them, otherwise you will never be able to achieve them. Never let procrastination come in the way of completing tasks. The best way to keep it away is to start working on goals right away. Break goals down into smaller chunks to make them easier to accomplish

4. Share your goals

Family and friends are the best motivators. Thus, share and discuss your goals with these people, as they help you to stay constantly motivated and dedicated. By sharing your dreams and aspirations with your loved ones, you will motivate yourself to achieve the goals you set like never before.

5. Stay positive

If you’re having a hard time focusing on your goals, staying optimistic and positive is the best way to reach your end goal. Confidence and optimism serve as your best friends in your tough and difficult times. Spend enough time with your family and friends who are themselves positive and motivated. Distance should be kept from discouraging and pessimistic people.

6. Reward yourself

The best and perfect way to keep yourself motivated is to reward yourself on completion of a particular task. The best motivation secret is to win the small battles and move on to the next goal. By rewarding and congratulating yourself, you are boosting your self-esteem. Hence, self motivation becomes easily attainable.
