How to Keep Yourself Healthy?

Keeping yourself fit is the biggest challenge in today’s lifestyle. Often we get so busy with our work that we are not able to take care of our health. As a result, we become vulnerable to many diseases.
Apart from our food, the health of the body depends a lot on our daily routine and physical activities. Therefore, we also need to keep in mind that today’s modern lifestyle is not affecting our health. If we take a little care in our diet and routine, then not only will we stay away from diseases, but we will also be able to keep ourselves fit all the time.
Health is the need of every generation and at all times. Just as good foundation is needed for the strength of a building, in the same way it is necessary to keep the body healthy to remain healthy throughout life. For this we can include some such habits, So that our body remains healthy:
# We’ve been hearing the complaint about getting up in the morning for centuries, but it’s still true today. It is often said that if the morning is good then there are day freshness. So follow this rule ‘Early to bed and early to rise’.

# To stay healthy and fit, it is very important to give a break to the ‘digestive system’. For this we can fast once in week.
# Be sure to drink at least 6 to 7 glasses of water from morning to evening, so that the body can get enough energy and do not drink water immediately after eating food. If possible, drink water only after 10 to 15 minutes, so that the digestion process continues smoothly.
# Adequate sleep is required to keep the body healthy, for this at least 7 hours of sleep should be taken.
# To keep the body healthy, you should take special care of your diet. Along with this, definitely use milk, fruits and green vegetables in your diet.
# Although sweet is injurious to health, but if you are more fond of eating sweets, then try to consume such things during the day instead of at night.
# Try that the amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates must be in your food, we can get carbohydrates in abundance from pulses, chapati, fruits, green vegetables, rice etc. And for protein we can get from things like meat, fish, egg, milk and cheese. can be obtained easily.
# To stay healthy, we should avoid consuming any substance related to intoxication, because intoxication is the root of thousands of diseases. Due to addiction, our precious life can also end! Often intoxicants like alcohol, cigarettes and tobacco affect our organs like heart, lungs, brain etc. Addiction badly affects your efficiency too. Therefore, if you want to keep yourself healthy, then you have to give up intoxication.
# To keep your health better, routine check-up must be done at least 2 times a year and people who have problems like heart, blood pressure, sugar, they should keep checking up regularly, so that you can be aware of your fitness.
