- Your food should be balanced:

Waking up before sunrise, doing regular walking, exercise, pranayama, yoga increases blood circulation, strengthens muscles and prevents physical and mental diseases. Along with this, the body remains fit throughout the day.
- Deep sleep is also important:
Adequate sleep is required to keep the body healthy, for this at least 7 hours of sleep should be taken. For deep sleep, the sleeping room should be clean, quiet and secluded. One should always walk two to three hours before going to bed and 15 to 20 minutes after having dinner in the evening.
- Avoid Taking Tension:
In today’s time there is a lot of stress in everyone’s life whether it is home or office. Many people get so upset because of their emotions and stress that they start taking the stress of others on themselves. Mental stress also has a bad effect on both body and mind, due to which many physical and mental diseases are born.
- Stay Away From Drunk:
In today’s time, the most dangerous disease for the young generation, so that is to fall in the trap of intoxication. Addiction is the root of thousands of diseases. Alcohol, Cigarettes and Tobacco have a bad effect on Heart, Long and Brain. Addiction causes the destruction of physical, mental, economic and social prestige. That’s why the best way is to abstain from intoxicants.
